Ampyr Solar Europe Commissions PV Plant in Merenberg (Hesse)

With the successful commissioning of the photovoltaic plant in Merenberg, Hesse, Ampyr Solar Europe (ASE) is expanding its operational PV portfolio in Germany.

With an installed capacity of 18.1 MWp, the PV plant covers a total area of 17.37 hectares, with 29,310 solar modules installed. The plant will generate enough green electricity to supply around 6,000 households while saving approximately 6,800 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.

The project underlines Ampyr Solar Europe’s ongoing commitment to expanding high-quality renewable energy infrastructure in Germany and across Europe. With the successful commissioning of the Merenberg plant, ASE continues to pursue its growth strategy in the German market and actively contributes to a sustainable energy supply.
