Project Status

ASE will be submitting the planning application for Flaxlands Solar Farm in May 2025, for an expected decision in September 2025. ASE already has an option to lease, as well as a gridconnection accepted for this project.

With an export capacity of 60 MWp, plus the potential for a 50 MW BESS, the facility will generate enough power for the equivalent of approximately 21,000 homes, whilst saving around 17,900 onnes per year on CO₂.
