AMPYR Solar Europe is active in Eastern Germany, establishing itself as a strong partner to landowners and a leading developer in the region.

Providing Saxony with 170MWp Renewable Energy

In Saxony AMPYR Solar Europe is demonstrating its commitment to true sustainability in numerous ways.

We are using the minimum area of farming land required to build the solar parks, and are committed to repurposing land which was previously not usable. We have used nearby land in order to pay for the demolition of 21ha, which would otherwise not be possible.

Further, we are reforesting 23 hectares of land using AMPYR Solar Europe's own equity.

Local Community Support

This project is truly unique in its collaboration with the community. AMPYR Solar Europe is a strong supporter of regional engagement, providing a fully de-risked project of 13 MW to the local Stadtwerke, VSB.
